Tlaygwear (TLAYG LTD) ships orders to customers in the United Kingdom and internationally where we operate. Delivery options and timeframes may vary. This page summarises how shipping works; your checkout will show what applies to your order.
Where we ship
We aim to serve major regions. If we cannot ship to your address, you will be notified at checkout. You must provide a complete, accurate delivery address.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). During peak periods, processing may take longer.
Delivery timeframes
After dispatch, standard delivery is commonly about 7–14 business days, depending on destination and carrier. Any express option at checkout will show an estimate. Times are not guaranteed; customs or carrier delays can occur.
Tracking
When your order ships, we aim to email tracking details. You may also use our Track Order page where available.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may incur import duties or taxes. These are usually your responsibility unless we state otherwise at checkout. Customs delays are outside our control.
Undelivered parcels
If a parcel is returned due to a wrong address, refusal, or non-collection, we may charge re-shipping or handle the order under our Refund Policy.
