Refund Policy
Overview
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy describes returns and refunds for orders from Tlaygwear (TLAYG LTD). Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.
Eligibility
For most items you may return unused products in original condition with tags and packaging within 30 days of delivery, unless marked non-returnable (e.g. some hygiene-sensitive products where stated). Items must not be worn, washed or altered.
How to start a return
Email support@tlaygwear.com with your order number and reason. We will confirm the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we refund the original payment method where possible, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Original outbound shipping may be non-refundable unless we made an error or the law requires otherwise.
Exchanges
Often the fastest option is a refund and a new order for another size or colour, subject to stock. Our team can advise if a direct exchange is possible.
Faulty or wrong items
If something is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, contact us with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including reasonable return postage where appropriate.
